An electronic ordering system must be able to operate your company software seamlessly. We have prepared a series of standard interfaces that connect your ERP systems to the platform without the need for extensive customization – for example SAP, ARIBA, COUPA, ONVENTIS, MECAPO or Symphony. In e-commerce, this is usually an OCI/CXML interface.
A connection to all other systems in the company such as MIS, MS 365, accounting or CRM is also part of our offer.
Setting up single sign-on (SSO) also ensures that user information is easily transferred. Ordering parties can easily use different systems without having to enter any additional data. Data is synchronized automatically.

Automated welcome boxes
for new employees
As soon as someone new joins the company, an order for a customized welcome box is automatically triggered via the interface.
This is already preconfigured – for example with important information on onboarding and branded promotional items such as writing sets, a themed T-shirt or a mug. At the same time, each box is personalized: it contains the name of the new employee and an individual cover letter. If required, the first set of business cards can be printed and enclosed directly.
The entire process – from ordering and customization to shipping – runs fully automatically via the interface and is triggered directly in the HR system. Everything is stored, produced and dispatched by us – you don’t have to worry about a thing!

In order to ensure that orders from different requirement points are assigned without any doubt and that neither ordering rights nor budgets are exceeded, it is necessary to define roles and provide them with appropriate authorizations. As soon as these are assigned to the employees, releases are made automatically – provided the scope of authority is adhered to.
This also makes it possible to assign cost centers and billing methods. You retain an overview of goods and payment movements at all times. All receipts from sales outlets or sales teams are effectively prevented.

With the connection to your company systems, you are in control of how and with what quantities you proceed with billing:
On the one hand, orderers can pay for their order using any specified method. This is particularly advantageous in systems in which the users themselves bear the costs. Integration via PayPal, invoice or instant bank transfer is possible at any time.
On the other hand, you decide on sensible invoicing with your suppliers. Bundled quantities can be efficiently linked to discounts or payment terms. Framework supply agreements can also be easily mapped. In the case of collective invoices, we can combine several suppliers and break them down by location, cost center or user– just as you require for further processing.
