Locatec locating technology
Locatec, a subsidiary of Neighborly Brands GmbH, is a nationwide operating company and one of the German market leaders in location technology. With over 55 locations in Germany and a further 7 in Austria, the company offers a nationwide presence. Locatec maintains a successful franchise system: the franchisees operate largely independently and have access to a central pool of marketing material.
The marketing center is responsible for providing these materials. In the past, it was the job of the media designers to create individual print data for the various partners and to process orders with the suppliers. Due to the large number of locations, the results were not uniform in terms of design: colors or materials could vary – depending on the printing company. Because all data also had to be set by location, the workload for the employees was immense and the waiting time for the franchisees was unacceptably long.
Since the order pool has been transferred to an electronic platform, the marketing department has been able to concentrate on its core activities again, while the franchise partners order independently and receive standardized products. There is no longer any contact with the franchise partners regarding print and advertising material orders or invoicing, as all processes are automated.

Allkauf House
Allkauf has been building prefabricated houses in Germany for over 40 years. The company maintains sales offices in the area, which take over local coordination. In addition to customer inquiries, their tasks also include the effective publicity of building sites. Allkauf has already set up a central store.
Complete process support from emarpo
emarpo provided full support for Allkauf with regard to the print and advertising materials used. This includes business cards, product flyers for house models, posters, NFC cards, promotional items, office materials and roll-ups.
We cover the entire process from brainstorming to production and delivery by advising marketing on which items are best used for which promotions, campaigns and projects. Which advertising materials will be well received? What quality and quantity is required? How can they be used most effectively? Once the decision has been made, we take care of the procurement ourselves.
We also manage premium projects in the area of high-quality brochures. These are not only produced, but also sent out as personalized mailing packages in a sophisticated combination of posters and individual cover letters.
Another area is the integration of information into the templates for construction site signs and advertising motifs on construction fences. To this end, we defined target specifications and created roles for those responsible so that the authorized persons could enter all data on site in the existing ordering system. The result: professional signs from a single source in Allkauf’s corporate design.
Technical integration and print-on-demand
Another highlight: the intelligent integration of consultations with print production and logistics. Interested parties who have a consultation with Allkauf receive an individually tailored information package by post just one day later – including all relevant information, presented in a high-quality visual format. This is made possible by a seamless print-on-demand solution combined with efficient warehouse logistics.

In addition, emarpo also advises on advertising materials and textiles for Allkauf and then procures them. Whether polo shirts for employees, socks or other merchandising articles – we take care of high-quality and uniform equipment.

Print consulting and procurement
Eintracht Frankfurt
The Frankfurt first division club not only performs in soccer, but also sets organizational accents. Particular attention is paid to appreciative communication with fans and sponsors. This should be professionalized.
Written communication can have many occasions and objectives. In order to design important letters or mailings to suit the target group, the association not only uses high-quality paper and print finishing, but in some cases also encloses products such as ballpoint pens or badges. This regularly entailed an increased coordination effort with producers.
Interface management and campaign service
emarpo has taken on a wide range of services at the interface to printing and fulfillment. We act as an intermediary for several producers. We also advise Eintracht on printing and campaign management and develop new ideas for addressing customers. In this respect, the trusting customer relationship positions us like an internal department.
As part of a campaign for business partners, for example, we designed high-quality boxes with advertising materials, filled them and sent them out with an appropriate cover letter. In such projects, we are happy to accompany our customers from the brainstorming stage through partner selection to complete execution.
Individual gifts and promotions
In addition to traditional mailing and printing projects, emarpo also supports the club on special occasions. For example, we take care of exclusive gifts for deserving players, anniversaries or long-standing business partners. When it comes to acquiring new customers, we rely on creative approaches – such as individually designed jigsaw puzzles that playfully symbolize loyalty to the club.
We were also actively involved in Eintracht’s 125th anniversary celebrations and were able to support various activities. Among other things, we produced unique jigsaw puzzles for this celebration, in which every employee could see themselves as part of the club – an emotional and appreciative gesture. In addition, our products can be found in the Eintracht Museum in Deutsche Bank Park, making a long-term contribution to the club’s history.

Cordes & Graefe KG is the holding company of the GC-GROUP, Germany’s market-leading wholesaler for building technology. As a service provider, it supplies around 150 medium-sized companies and over 30,000 employees throughout Europe with IT systems.
Efficient print production with emarpo
Cordes & Graefe relies on emarpo’s expertise to meet the diverse requirements of its various business units and locations. A customized customer portal allows the different companies to design their print materials individually.
Subsequent production and purchasing are fully automated in the background so that marketing departments and purchasing teams are relieved and can concentrate on their core tasks. All processes and conditions are defined in advance, which ensures smooth processing. One example of this is the automated purchasing of NFC cards, which runs without any manual effort.

The newcare Group is a modern and innovative care provider that has enjoyed steady growth since it was founded in 2019. With around 3,000 dedicated employees, newcare offers around 3,400 care places at 35 locations across Germany. The company attaches particular importance to future-oriented care that benefits both residents and employees through the use of new technologies and concepts.

In order to conserve internal resources and optimize processes, newcare has outsourced all marketing purchasing activities to emarpo. Thanks to an individually developed ordering portal, the various facilities can independently adapt and order the materials they need, such as business cards, information flyers, stickers or roll-ups. Production and purchasing are fully automated in the background, relieving the marketing and purchasing teams and allowing them to concentrate on their core tasks.
